What is the turn-around time for my bouquet?

Each bouquet is made-to-order and may take several weeks to complete to ensure quality is maintained. Thank you for your understanding!

Where can I find some ideas of color options for customization purposes?

If you follow the link in the customizable items (flowers, bouquets), you will be taken to a page with some ideas of color options. This is not a complete list. If you have other color preferences, please specify it when checking out so it can be accommodated. 

I need to cut my stem shorter, how should I do it?

If you need a shorter stem, we encourage you take caution, as the stems are individually wrapped with yarn and may unravel. In the event that you would still like to cut the stems shorter, simply use a dab of hot glue or super glue where your new end will be, then cut it. Feel free to reach out with any questions.

Can I wash my flowers if they get dirty?

If you need to wash your flowers for any reason, please be gentle and hand-wash only with mild soap.
